annalisa3Many people associate working with a Personal Trainer or having a ”diet” made for you with being a semi professional athlete or a very driven individual aspiring to compete in some form of fitness competition. Indeed if you have goals like those its good to get some advice and a coach to help you really shred out and insure that you also don’t hurt yourself.
My reason for working out with Aaron and his special Dynamic Identity was not to start competing but indeed it was because I wanted to reach goals and also see what kind of results a well planned diet and program could give me. A program such as the Dynamic Identity works on many different levels, diet, training progannalisa4ram, support group and a coach that understands your individual needs and can work around them. In my case I am working with an back condition that makes my spine rotate and my disks to degenerate, needless to say not knowing what your doing in the gym cause very nasty consequences. The Dynamic Identity was able to reinvent my whole workout routine in a week when the severeness of the back condition was final and basically I could keep going like “normal”.

The Dynamic Identity is available to all people in all of lives situations, for example single mothers who have a career and loads of business travel as all coaching is done virtually and the programs come on an individual basis based on your needs.

Iron Cast is an excellent online training program for people on all sorts of training levels and with different body shapes. The program targets each person with an individual diet and training program, so that you will be able to obtain the exact results and goals that you strive for.

This training program helped me greatly to shape my body the way I wanted to. I was able to reach the most healthy and best looking measurements that my body and genetics allow me to. I have always been doing sports, but it wasn’t until I started this training program that this was also very visible on my body. The great thing about the program is that it keeps on changing on monthly basis, and therefore it doesn’t get boring and it will keep on challenging your body, which delivers the best results.

Aaron is a very experienced personal trainer who offers you the exact right support during this program. You can always contact him if you have questions about the training, or if you need mental support when you are struggling with your diet. He is very knowledgeable and helped me to get in the best shape of my life!

Anna’s Story

Anna Callaghan’s Road to the Stage

Feeling unfit, unfocused and heavier than I would have liked, I went to Aaron for a new program that would get me in shape. Having listened to what I wanted to achieve, Aaron suggested I enter a natural fitness modelling competition, something I knew nothing about! After hearing more about what it would entail and some online research, I decided to go for it. What better way to focus the mind and challenge myself both mentally and physically!

Aaron gave me all the info I needed to get started. He explained everything in relation to the discipline required with the diet in terms of calculating the macros (the amount of protein, fat and carbs) I could have on a daily basis. From my weekly food diary he tracked and reviewed what I consumed every week and he gave me really good tips on what to eat. In terms of training, Aaron devised a tailored weights programme which covered all aspects of my body and was designed to work in tandem with the diet to increase muscle mass and burn fat. My overall progress was specifically monitored through Aaron’s weekly body fat measurements. It was brilliant to have such dedicated focus from a trainer like him as he made sure that from the weekly body fat readings that he tweaked and changed my macros and training programme to ensure maximum gains as the weeks progressed.

The overall competition prep spanned 16 weeks and it was definitely both testing and tough because I had never trained as hard or watched my diet in this way before and I was fitting it around my day-to-day working life. Personally I would say that the effort and discipline involved in the diet was by far the toughest challenge. It took some time in the beginning to get my head around weighing all my food and figuring out the macros in every meal, however it became second nature once I got into it.

As the weeks passed, the improvement in my strength and appearance became quite noticeable. There is no better feeling in the world than feeling strong and healthy and of course proud when people comment on the positive changes they see! I am absolutely delighted with the results and I think the before and after photos speak for themselves. I am hugely grateful to Aaron for my transformation. His training expertise and dedication to his clients are utterly exceptional and I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Kevin’s Story

Kevin Heavin’s 12 week Story

I began my 12 week program with the extremely talented Aaron and from the word go I was so impressed.
The Initial Skype interview was very informative and Aaron came up with the plan of an upper body build as this was obviously my weakest area. I was totally up for it but did explain that I had never done any weight training before. This was not an issue.

Aaron put my mind at ease and explained everything that we were going to do in great detail.
So my measurements were taken and first phase was given to me.

The exercises were very clearly laid out and easy to follow on the online exercise library. The starting weights were clearly explained as too were my goals of what I should have been reaching. My daily macros were also sent to me and clearly explained. So my exercise and diet was all structured from the word go, with Aaron letting me know exactly which supplements to buy and how much and when to take (all of which I had no clue)

Each week I could feel my strength increase and as from the pictures I sent every week I could see massive changes. My weight gain did level at one stage but Aaron was on top of it with an increase in my macros the weight started to fly up again.
Aaron called me every week without fail at our scheduled time and went through everything meticulously. I got away with nothing. Any questions I had were answered there and then. At one stage I had a problem with one of my shoulders…. Two minutes later I had a link to some shoulder mobility videos which sorted me out straight away.  The support is unbelievable. This is the toughest challenge I have ever taken on but I have to say I enjoyed every second of it. The support and professionalism of Dynamic Identity got me some serious results.

So with 4kgs up in weight, a massive reduction in body fat, massive muscle gains and a healthier lifestyle the pictures speak for themselves. I cannot recommend this 12 week program enough. My mates and colleges  noticed changes every week and I have to say I have never looked or felt so good. I learned so much along the way, not only about weight training but also about myself and my capabilities.  I am not stopping here….. My next program is on the way.
