I would just like to open up with a great big welcome to all those who are visiting this site on its inaugural week. I have been planning this site for some time now and it is great to finally see it go live for the very first time. I have been a personal trainer for many years now and have been looking for a way of reaching out to people over a much larger area than was currently available to me and the Dynamic Identity site was the answer I was looking for.
The main purpose of the site is for people to be able to find and make use of the best personal training available, no matter where in the world they live. And for that training to be at an affordable price and for the experience to be a full and complete one, where not only training programs will be offered but also motivation and full diet and weight monitoring.
It is the mission statement of Dynamic Identity to not only match the 121 personal training that you can find in most commercial gyms but to out out-strip it and to do so by miles. This will be achieved by advanced training and nutrition guidance that will be individually constructed to target your goals and the equipment and environments available to you. Your training and diet will also be combined, through the medium of Skype, phone and e-mail, with a constant weekly presence in your training life as you reach for, achieve and even far exceed your goals. Over the course of you training you and your trainer will be in constant contact as we monitor and adapt your training and diet through controlled phases, insuring you make week on week progress.
I love the story about the tourists who, lost down in wilds of Kerry, stop an old local man they pass at the side of the road and ask, “How do you get to Dublin.” The grisly old man looks at the tourists and answers, “Well, if it was Dublin I was heading to, I wouldn’t be starting from here.”
Training and goal setting can be a lot like that. It is so very important not only to know where it is you are trying to get to but also where you are starting from on that journey. If I could attribute any one thing to the greatest cause of people failing in their goals of training and diet it would this. Even if you know where it is you are going, people become impatient and start jumping all over the place, adding more exercises, reps, weight, or messing about with what they are eating and when they are eating it and they can do this quite literally from week to week, removing any chance they had of reaching their initial goals. In essence they start their journey heading to one destination but along the way they’re so distracted by the shining lights of other exciting places that they ultimately end up wandering forever without ever getting anywhere.
That won’t happen with a Dynamic Identity trainer watching over you all the way from start to finish. We make sure you know exactly what destination you are heading to and we keep you on the road that will get you there.
It all begins with your first Skype conversation with your trainer. It is at this point where we help you to narrow down your wishes to very precise and achievable goals. We then develop a training and diet plan, which normally comes in structured phases, to get you to that goal. Not only that but with weekly or bi-weekly (depending on the package you select,) Skype sessions with your trainer we make sure you stick to the training and diet until you reach those goals you set at the beginning.
Picking the Dynamic Identity package that suits you best could not be easier. Having read the Package descriptions in our Programs section on the home page you go to the Payment page, where you will find a screen that looks like this,
Then just select the package you wish to purchase and just follow the simple payment options for Paypal or Credit cards.
Within 24 hours of us receiving your payment you will be sent an e-mail asking you what times of the day and week you can best be contacted by Skype, (it is best to include as many possible times and days that you can be contacted at). You will also be sent a list of questions that your trainer will be asking you in your initial Skype conversation, so you should think about answers to these questions before your first Skype interview. The option of taking your course by e-mail only, will also be made available to you.
After you have responded to the first e-mail you will then be sent an e-mail with a day and time for your first Skype interview, where you will answer questions put to you by your trainer and where you can ask us any questions you might have. A multi-phase program and diet will then be put together for you and the first Phase will be sent to you.
It is important to remember that your 12, 24 or 48 week starting date does not begin until you have received your first Training program and Diet.
After that you will be in contact with your trainer all the way through each of your training and diet phases, ensuring that you make the progress that you need to reach your goals and to stay on track.
Another great aspect of the Dynamic Identity site which I am really excited about will be the articles and training protocols we will be posting up. These will come in many formats, from interviews with people who have gone through the Dynamic Identity experience or who have participated in sporting events, to, try-yourself programs, as well as articles on nutrition, physiotherapy, and all the latest trends in training and their merits and failures. I will be writing many of these articles myself but guest writers from all areas of the training and dieting world will also be contributing to the knowledge base of the site and hopefully entertaining you as well as educating you from week to week.
To finish I would just like to add that exploring the ideas behind this site has been a great pleasure for me and now that I can share it all with you makes all the hard work worthwhile. The site I am sure will evolve over time, with more great features and events coming on stream but for now it is something I hope you will all find useful and helpful in reaching for, expanding and ultimately achieving your goals.
