Kevin’s Protein cookies
A couple of weeks ago we gave you a great recipe for Kevin’s Protein Balls. Well today we are back with more of Kevin’s high Protein treats. This time it’s one of my all time favorite snakes, Protein cookies.
Ingredients:
150g organic gluten free porridge oats
3 medium very ripe bananas
1 egg white
26g ON lean whey protein
25g pitted dates (optional)
Other options:
Crushed nuts
Blueberries
Method:
Blend oats to make oat flour.
Mash bananas until smooth. Some lumps are ok.
Chop up dates into very small pieces.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly ( I just bit the bullet and used my hands)
Place spoon sized portions onto baking paper and flatten out.
Bake for at 190 for about 15 mins….. Keep an eye on them
Makes about 18 cookies
